4/11/2012 - Since 4/5 or 6 days ago, tree pollen level has been labeled as "very high" and that triggered my allergy to the extreme. According to Fatty from weatherbug.com, pollens from maple, poplar/aspen/cottonwood and cedar/juniper are very active today. I wonder which kind is most antagonizing to me?
I remember when I was younger, or as recent as 2 years ago, I did not have any allergic reactions to pollens. Fatty and Ball speculated my allergic reactions started after I was treated with I-131 for my hyperthyroidism in 1/2010 (I spent several days away from home too). They think the I-131 has weaken my immune system and resulted in more allergic reactions. It's very obvious when I have allergic reactions like teary eyes with discharge:
And running nose:
Discharge from my nose sometimes contain blood too, which Fatty and Ball would force me to have some hydroxyzine twice a day because it's less hazardous than many other non-antihistamine medications.
