Lung was still in recovery mode after being discharged from the hospital due to his renal issues. 5 years ago today (4/8/2007), all 6 of us invited Lung to play scratch pad with us as Ball and Fatty had prepared one scratch pad for each of us. Lung was just lightly touching the scratch pad and a bit confused as I was monitoring him (see picture below) closely while other cats were going nuts scratching the pads.
I miss Lung quite a bit because he looked exactly like me when we were much younger. After we grew up, he is like twice my size. Even though I was beaten up by him all the time, but he is still in my mind as a brother whom I would miss forever since he passed away on 8/8/2008.
When it comes to Mui, she had similar symptoms like Lung (renal failure), and every time she goes to the hospital for follow-up appointments, she would meow at the top of her lungs like this picture taken a year ago today (4/8/2011).
Though Mui would clam down a bit when she wants to complain to Fatty, who would most likely be the driver as Ball sits in the backseat with any one or some of us. In the picture also taken a year ago today (4/8/2011), Mui was waiting for Fatty to turn to her so she could meow loudly at him.
